Kick-box
Non-combat, technique-based kick-boxing trainings in private or in groups!
If you are interested in this sport but you are not really into in to hit someone or to be hit come and try my trainings!
In my technical knowledge-based trainings, we work on boxing bags, with target pads and with other creative tools/methods.
Since this sport requires special knowledge (punching and kicking techniques), I consider it extremely important to learn these techniques from the very basics, which you can do in my beginner classes!
Private trainings are also available, where you can learn the skills in a more personalized way, adapted to your own needs.

- in small goups with 3 people (6.000 HUF/person)
During a private session the whole room is yours.
Neither passing "traffic" nor other activities take place during the training sessions.
Private classes always require prior consultation via phone or email!
FUNctional Trainings
No prior training skills are required for this type of class, and this class is not related to kick-boxing.
My goal is that with the varied and harmonic (full-body) exercises:
- we prepare our body for everyday challenges,
- we develop our basic movement patterns, on which we can build new movement patterns,
- we improve movement efficiency,
- to move with joy, ease and efficiency
Doing a sport should be a good experince, moving should be a therapy!

Training Structure:
We start the training with breathing exercises, followed by a thorough movement of the joints, and we preparing our body to the workout by increasing the heart rate gradually .
A workout is not functional just because we work with thousand types of equipments, or with more and more complicated exercises, or with insanely heavy weights.
It becomes functional when we work with basic movement patterns and then learning new ones that are necessary for a healthy everyday-life.
The goal is that our joints could be able to work pain-free in their full range of movement even after 10-20-30-40 years of use.
So our body should function as it was born to do.
Just let our bodies work!
Mostly we use our own bodyweight for the exercises, we work in pairs with funny and challenging exercises, and of course we also use different equipments.
Each exercise has an easier and more difficult version (regression and progression), thus ensuring the suitability for your level.
Cooling down contains:
- complete relaxation (lying on the floor with eyes closed and lights off)
- resistance stretching
- stress relieving breathing
We work barefoot to help the muscles of the sole to be exercised more freely and thus giving our feet complete freedom of movement!
